1. Who MATCHWRIGHT Is
MATCHWRIGHT is an independent consulting and coaching service based in Denton County, Texas. MATCHWRIGHT helps clients improve how they present themselves and communicate on third-party dating applications. MATCHWRIGHT does not operate a dating platform, provide access to a member database, arrange introductions between people, conduct criminal background checks, or act as a matchmaking service.
2. Eligibility
At initial launch, MATCHWRIGHT services are offered only to clients located in the United States and only to adults age 18 or older. International service is not offered unless MATCHWRIGHT later expressly expands availability and updates the applicable legal, privacy, tax, and operating requirements. You may not purchase or use MATCHWRIGHT services for a minor, to communicate romantically or sexually with a minor, or for any unlawful purpose.
3. Services and Scope
The service you purchase is limited to the written description presented at checkout, in the applicable service description, or in a separately agreed written scope. Current service categories may include Profile Audit, Profile Makeover, Complete Optimization, Messaging Boost, Strategy Session, and Full Coaching.
Profile services are generally priced per dating app unless a written offer states otherwise. Work outside the purchased scope may require a separate purchase or written agreement. MATCHWRIGHT may recommend an additional service, but scoring, recommendations, and service decisions will not be manipulated to force an upsell.
4. Optimize — Do Not Fabricate
MATCHWRIGHT improves presentation; it does not create a false identity. You must provide truthful source information and remain responsible for the accuracy of your dating profile and communications. MATCHWRIGHT will not knowingly help fabricate or materially misrepresent age, identity, relationship status, occupation, education, location, appearance, intentions, achievements, lifestyle, or other material facts.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, completing the correct intake, supplying the materials reasonably required for your purchased service, reviewing final recommendations before using them, and deciding what to publish or send on a dating app. You remain responsible for your conduct, account security, compliance with each dating app’s rules, and interactions with other people.
When submitting screenshots involving another person, you should crop or redact unnecessary identifying information whenever practical. Do not submit third-party financial information, passwords, government identification numbers, private addresses, or other information that MATCHWRIGHT does not need to perform the service.
6. Readiness Gate and Turnaround
Substantive work begins only after all three readiness requirements are satisfied: payment has been received, the correct intake has been completed, and required client materials have been received. Any stated turnaround estimate begins when the project becomes ready, not merely when payment is submitted.
Approved standard turnaround is measured from the readiness gate: Profile Audit — 2 business days; Profile Makeover — 3 business days; Complete Optimization — 5 business days; Messaging Boost — 2 business days. Strategy Sessions are scheduled according to availability, with the written action summary provided within 1 business day after the session. Full Coaching is a 4-week program beginning at kickoff. Delays caused by missing information, client-requested changes, platform outages, or circumstances outside MATCHWRIGHT’s reasonable control may extend delivery.
7. Payment
Payment is due through the payment method presented at purchase. MATCHWRIGHT currently uses third-party payment processing. You authorize the processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Because MATCHWRIGHT provides customized professional services and begins allocating time and creating client-specific work after purchase, all sales are final except where a refund is required by applicable law or where MATCHWRIGHT determines it cannot provide the purchased service.
A client’s decision not to use recommendations, failure to obtain desired dating results, failure to complete an intake, failure to provide materials, change of mind, dating-app suspension, or decision to stop dating does not by itself create a right to a refund. If MATCHWRIGHT cancels a service it has not provided and cannot reasonably provide a substitute or rescheduled service, MATCHWRIGHT will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.
Nothing in this policy waives any non-waivable consumer right or remedy provided by applicable law.
9. Revisions
Revision rights are limited to the purchased service scope. Profile Audit includes no revision round. Profile Makeover includes 1 revision round. Complete Optimization includes 2 revision rounds. Messaging Boost includes 1 clarification/revision round. Strategy Session includes no formal revision round. Full Coaching includes 2 formal profile revision rounds during the 4-week program. Included revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the applicable delivery and consolidated into one request per round. Normal revision turnaround is 2 business days after a valid request is received. Corrections of confirmed MATCHWRIGHT errors are made without additional charge and do not consume a revision round. Additional revisions, when available, require client approval and payment before work begins: Profile Makeover $20 per additional round; Complete Optimization $25 per additional round; Messaging Boost $15 per additional round; Full Coaching $25 per additional formal revision. Profile Audit has no paid-revision option, and additional Strategy Session consulting is purchased separately. A revision is not a new service, a different dating-app build, an unlimited rewrite, or ongoing consulting unless expressly included.
10. Strategy Sessions and Coaching
Strategy Sessions and Full Coaching calls are scheduled appointments. A client who does not attend a scheduled appointment receives no refund for the missed appointment. A missed Strategy Session is forfeited and does not automatically create a replacement session. A missed Full Coaching call is forfeited and does not automatically extend the four-week coaching period. Requests to reschedule are considered case by case by MATCHWRIGHT management, subject to availability and the circumstances of the request; rescheduling is not guaranteed. If a client arrives late, the appointment normally ends at the originally scheduled end time. If MATCHWRIGHT must cancel or materially reschedule an appointment, MATCHWRIGHT will provide a reasonable replacement time without penalty or, for an undelivered standalone Strategy Session that cannot reasonably be rescheduled, an appropriate refund consistent with Section 8.
If a serious safety or client-conduct issue arises during a Strategy Session, Full Coaching call, video call, or other live consultation and the client persists in deceptive, coercive, harmful, sexually disrespectful, or boundary-violating conduct after the concern is addressed, MATCHWRIGHT may end the live consultation. Professional time already reserved or used for that live session is considered delivered and is nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any separate undelivered portion of a larger service is handled based on work already performed, the reason for termination, the purchased scope, these Terms, and applicable law.
Full Coaching provides education, feedback, planning, communication guidance, implementation support, and accountability across four consecutive weeks beginning at kickoff. At launch it includes four scheduled 30-minute coaching calls total, normally one per program week, with the first call serving as kickoff. Between calls, reasonable asynchronous coaching support is provided through the designated MATCHWRIGHT business communication channel, normally with a response target of within 1 business day. Support is intended for representative situations, follow-up questions, and repeatable principles—not 24/7 access, emergency support, message-by-message ghostwriting, or MATCHWRIGHT impersonating the client. As a practical launch boundary, clients should submit no more than two representative conversation threads or dating situations per program week for asynchronous review unless MATCHWRIGHT specifically approves more. Materials the client wants prioritized for a weekly call should ordinarily be submitted at least 24 hours before that call; later material may be handled afterward or at the next available point in the program. These boundaries may be adjusted in writing for a particular client when MATCHWRIGHT management approves the change.
11. No Guarantee of Results
MATCHWRIGHT does not guarantee matches, likes, messages, replies, dates, relationships, sexual or romantic outcomes, account visibility, algorithmic ranking, or any specific performance result. Dating-app algorithms, user preferences, geographic markets, competition, app policies, client behavior, and other factors are outside MATCHWRIGHT’s control.
Past client experiences, examples, testimonials, scores, or before-and-after materials do not guarantee that another client will obtain the same result.
12. Third-Party Dating Apps
Hinge, Bumble, Tinder, and any other referenced platforms are third parties. MATCHWRIGHT is not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with, or an agent of those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise. Platform names and features are referenced only to describe where consulting recommendations may be used.
Apps may change their features, algorithms, pricing, eligibility rules, content rules, or terms at any time. You are responsible for complying with the current terms of the app you use.
13. Client Materials
You retain ownership of photos, screenshots, writing, and other materials you submit. You grant MATCHWRIGHT a limited, nonexclusive permission to access, copy, analyze, edit, and store those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, address documented safety concerns, comply with law, cooperate with appropriate authorities, and perform other uses specifically authorized by you.
Ordinary sensitive source materials remain subject to MATCHWRIGHT’s normal retention policy. When MATCHWRIGHT has a documented, reasonable, good-faith basis for a serious safety, misuse-prevention, evidence-preservation, dispute, legal, or authority-cooperation need, MATCHWRIGHT may place the case on a restricted Safety Hold and retain only the information reasonably necessary for that purpose. Unrelated sensitive material remains subject to ordinary deletion. Active Safety Holds are reviewed at least annually and may be reduced, de-identified, released, or deleted when the documented purpose no longer reasonably justifies retention.
Purchasing a service does not give MATCHWRIGHT permission to publish your photos, screenshots, conversations, results, name, likeness, testimonial, or before-and-after materials for marketing. Marketing use requires separate explicit permission.
14. Privacy, Service Providers, and AI-Assisted Tools
MATCHWRIGHT may use authorized cloud storage, payment processing, communication, productivity, and AI-assisted tools to support internal business operations, organization, workflow management, recordkeeping, and administrative functions. These tools are used as internal support systems and do not replace MATCHWRIGHT’s professional judgment, client-facing review, recommendations, or service delivery. MATCHWRIGHT seeks to minimize unnecessary identifying information when using service providers and does not sell client personal data.
Additional details are provided in the MATCHWRIGHT Client Privacy Policy. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same privacy issue, they should be read together.
15. Prohibited Uses
MATCHWRIGHT services may not be used to facilitate harassment, stalking, threats, coercion, fraud, scams, impersonation, catfishing, nonconsensual sexual conduct, exploitation, discrimination prohibited by law, unlawful surveillance, evasion of a platform ban through deception, communication with minors for romantic or sexual purposes, or other illegal activity. MATCHWRIGHT also will not assist a client in concealing material dating or sexual intentions to obtain matches, dates, or sexual access that another person might not knowingly choose if those intentions were disclosed, or in creating a false appearance of trustworthiness or safety for manipulative purposes.
MATCHWRIGHT takes the safety of people seriously, with particular attention to risks women can face when interacting with male dating partners. MATCHWRIGHT is not a service for increasing a man’s access or exposure to women when his stated strategy, requests, or conduct shows harmful, coercive, deceptive, threatening, sexually disrespectful, or boundary-violating intent. MATCHWRIGHT may refuse, suspend, or terminate work when a request would require material deception, unlawful conduct, exploitation, disregard for consent or boundaries, or a material violation of these Terms.
When MATCHWRIGHT has a reasonable, good-faith basis to believe there is a credible risk of serious harm, suspected criminal conduct, a legal process, or another legitimate safety or legal need, MATCHWRIGHT may preserve relevant evidence and may contact or disclose reasonably relevant information to law enforcement, emergency services, courts, legal counsel, security or incident-response providers, or other appropriate authorities as permitted or required by law. Voluntary disclosures should be limited to information reasonably relevant to the safety concern or legal purpose.
MATCHWRIGHT does not represent that it background-checks, continuously monitors, screens, certifies, or guarantees that any client is safe or will behave safely. Safety and client-conduct decisions are based on the information, requests, admissions, materials, and conduct available to MATCHWRIGHT in the course of the service.
16. Intellectual Property
MATCHWRIGHT retains ownership of its scoring framework, playbooks, templates, processes, methods, internal systems, and other pre-existing business materials. After full payment, you may use the customized profile copy and recommendations delivered to you for your own personal dating use. You may not resell, publish as a competing commercial product, or commercially redistribute MATCHWRIGHT’s proprietary methods or templates without written permission.
17. Reviews, Public Statements, Testimonials, and Case Studies
Clients are free to share honest opinions and truthful accounts of their experiences with MATCHWRIGHT, including negative reviews. Nothing in these Terms prohibits, restricts, penalizes, or requires removal of an honest consumer review or lawful expression of opinion, and MATCHWRIGHT will not require a positive review as a condition of receiving a benefit.
Nothing in these Terms waives or limits rights or remedies that MATCHWRIGHT may otherwise have under applicable law regarding knowingly false statements of fact, defamation, libel, slander, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful disclosure of confidential or private information, or other unlawful conduct. A negative opinion, criticism, disagreement with MATCHWRIGHT’s recommendations, or dissatisfaction with a service does not by itself constitute defamation or a violation of these Terms.
MATCHWRIGHT may use lawful platform reporting procedures or other lawful remedies when there is a reasonable, good-faith basis to believe content is clearly false or misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, impersonating another person or business, unlawfully discloses protected confidential or private information, or otherwise violates applicable law or the platform’s rules. MATCHWRIGHT will not use unfounded or groundless legal threats to suppress truthful criticism or matters of opinion.
If MATCHWRIGHT wants to use a client testimonial, identifying information, profile screenshot, client photo, result metric, or before-and-after example in marketing, MATCHWRIGHT will request separate permission. Permission may specify whether the client is identified, anonymized, or partially anonymized.
18. Communication and Professional Boundaries
MATCHWRIGHT communication is intended for service delivery, support, and ordinary business administration. Coaching and messaging support do not create a duty to respond instantly or provide continuous availability unless a purchased service expressly says otherwise.
19. Suspension or Termination
MATCHWRIGHT may decline, suspend, or terminate a service for abusive conduct, threats, fraud, unlawful requests, material deception, disregard for consent or boundaries, repeated material violations of these Terms, or conduct that makes safe professional service impracticable. When feasible and appropriate, MATCHWRIGHT may explain the concern and offer a compliant alternative. MATCHWRIGHT is not required to continue if the client rejects that boundary or persists in the conduct.
If termination occurs during a Strategy Session, Full Coaching call, video call, or other live consultation, MATCHWRIGHT may end the session. Professional time already reserved or used for that live session is considered delivered and is nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any refund question regarding a separate undelivered portion of a larger service is determined based on work already performed, the reason for termination, the purchased scope, and applicable law.
A service termination does not automatically create a Safety Hold. MATCHWRIGHT uses a Safety Hold only when a separate documented safety, misuse-prevention, evidence-preservation, dispute, legal, or authority-cooperation reason reasonably justifies exceptional retention. Releasing a Safety Hold does not reopen a terminated service.
20. Professional-Service Limits
MATCHWRIGHT provides dating-profile and communication consulting. It does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, investigative, security, or background-check services. Recommendations are educational and strategic and are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional where one is needed.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MATCHWRIGHT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, third-party dating apps, interactions with other app users, or outcomes outside MATCHWRIGHT’s control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MATCHWRIGHT’s aggregate liability for a claim arising from a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be waived.
22. Client Responsibility for Submitted Content
You represent that you have the right to provide the materials you submit for the purpose of receiving the service. You are responsible for claims arising from content you knowingly submit without authorization, unlawful use of delivered materials, or material misrepresentations you direct MATCHWRIGHT to publish or use contrary to these Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without overriding any consumer protection that applicable law requires to govern a particular transaction. Subject to applicable law, disputes that require court proceedings may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Denton County, Texas. These Terms do not presently require mandatory arbitration.
24. Changes to Terms
MATCHWRIGHT may update these Terms for future purchases. The version presented or made available at the time of a client’s purchase governs that purchase unless the parties later agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result.
25. Contact
Questions about these Terms, a purchase, privacy, or service delivery may be sent through MATCHWRIGHT’s published business email or the contact method provided on matchwrightconsulting.com.
Profile Audit Upgrade Credit
A client who purchases a Profile Audit may apply the full $29 Audit price as a credit toward Profile Makeover, Complete Optimization, or Full Coaching for the same client, dating app, and profile if the upgrade is purchased within 30 calendar days after the Profile Audit is delivered. After the credit, the additional amount due is $50 for Profile Makeover, $120 for Complete Optimization, or $270 for Full Coaching.
The credit may be used once, is non-transferable, has no cash or refund value, does not apply retroactively, and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount. Messaging Boost and Strategy Session are not eligible. MATCHWRIGHT will verify the original Audit purchase, delivery date, client, app, and profile before issuing a reduced-payment option. This credit does not guarantee matches, replies, dates, relationships, or any other outcome.
