Which service should I start with?
If you mainly want to know what is wrong, start with the Profile Audit. If you already know you want the profile rebuilt, choose Profile Makeover or Complete Optimization. If the issue extends beyond the profile, consider Messaging Boost, Strategy Session, or Full Coaching.
Do you work with every dating app?
The launch service is built specifically around Hinge, Bumble, and Tinder. Other apps may be discussed during Strategy or Coaching when relevant, but they are not sold as full profile-service platforms at launch.
Is pricing per app?
Profile Makeover and Complete Optimization are priced per app. Other services follow the scope shown on their service page.
Can my $29 Profile Audit count toward an upgrade?
Yes. The full $29 Audit price may be credited toward Profile Makeover, Complete Optimization, or Full Coaching for the same client, app, and profile when the upgrade is purchased within 30 calendar days after Audit delivery. Contact MATCHWRIGHT before buying the upgrade so eligibility can be verified and a private reduced-payment option can be issued. Messaging Boost and Strategy Session are excluded.
Do you guarantee more matches or dates?
No. MATCHWRIGHT can improve presentation, communication, and strategy, but dating outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Can you get me around an app's algorithm?
No. MATCHWRIGHT does not claim privileged access to proprietary app algorithms or promise ranking outcomes.
Do you take dating-profile photos?
No. We can evaluate existing photos and recommend the types of new photos that would strengthen the profile.
What if I need new photos?
We can give you specific replacement-photo briefs so you know what kind of image is missing. You are responsible for taking or obtaining the photo.
Will my profile or conversations be posted publicly?
Not without separate explicit permission. Service submission does not automatically grant marketing or case-study rights.
Should I send other people's personal information in conversation screenshots?
Crop or redact full names, phone numbers, addresses, workplaces, social handles, and similar identifying details whenever practical.
When does turnaround start?
When the project is ready: payment is received, the correct intake is complete, and required materials are received.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts delivered work within the scope of the service purchased. A new app, new dating goal, or entirely new project is separate work.
What if MATCHWRIGHT makes an error?
A confirmed MATCHWRIGHT factual or delivery error is corrected without using an included revision round.
Can I book a Strategy Session before paying?
No. The Strategy Session is purchased first, then scheduled using available approved times.
Will you write every message for me?
No. Coaching is designed to make you more independent and consistent, not dependent on having someone approve every interaction.
